Hea raamat, nagu sarja eelmisedki romaanid... neist paremaks ega halvemaks ma käesolevat romaani pidada ei oska. Sarja eelmistest romaanidest eristubki "Wieza Jaskolki" minu jaoks vast põhiliselt oma kummalise struktuuriga, millega harjumine lugedes mõnevõrra aega võttis.
Ciri tegelaskuju meenutab järjest rohkem "Troonide mängu" Aryat ja eks see üldine veristest sõdadest räsitud, apokalüptiline ning jääaja ootuses maailm aita ka paralleelide tõmbamisele Martini loominguga kaasa... Siiski on Sapkowski stiil oma kohatise moodsa teadusliku sõnavara ja tugevate science-fantasy elementidega liialt erinev, et paralleelide tõmbamisega liiale minna. Rääkimata sellest, et lõputute tellisesarjade nakkus polnud vähemalt üheksakümnendatel veel ilmselt Poolasse jõudnud, Sapkowski romaanid on normaalse pikkusega ja järgmine romaan peaks käesoleva sarja ka lõpetama.
